Condom Stuck!!!

My Husband and I were having sex with a condom on and when he came and pulled out we both realized the condom broke but half of the piece was missing. I tried to see if I could feel it in my vagina but couldn’t. This morning I went to go to the bathroom and it just fell out. Should I be concerned about infections because it was inside me for 12+ hours?

p.s I’m so scared I could get pregnant I have a 21 month and 4 month already.
