Pre-OB nerves
Anyone else get hella nerves the night before an ultrasound visit? I have my 18 week visit/anatomy scan in the morning and I am so anxious about it I can’t even sleep. I haven’t felt baby much lately and my brain just keeps going to the worst case scenario even though rationally I know everything is most likely fine. I hate feeling this way. 😩
