Belly pain

I’m 30 weeks today and I have this belly ache kind of pain just under my ribs down to my belly button. I also keep feeling dizzy and like I’m about to throw up or pass out. Only way I’m comfortable is laying down. She’s moving but she does feel low. Any ideas what could be going on?? Any help welcome 😌😔
