I need your thoughts ...

My boyfriend treats me like queen and always catering and he shows me his love everyday. He can comfortably talk about the future with us. But he is very stubborn and lately I’ve been noticing he complains a lot about work and always in the mood to quit. I try helping him find a different job and no cooperation. This is the second job I’ve seen him act like this back to back. He’s supposed to start a coding program in January and I’m nervous he will shut down with school as well. What should I do? Is he worth to continue on?
