Folic acid

Question

Hello. I have been trying acid folic for more then 1 month. I use it because i want a pregnancy. First month no pregnancy, second as well. This is our third month trying after i finish my period. Any tips? Someone in same position as me?  I am 28 and my husband 29.

You should also be taking in addition to the folic a prenatal vitamin. I like the target brand or gummies the best. My dr also had my husband and I take several other supplements. It seems like a lot but we got pregnant! Best wishes!
