Confusing boy/girl ultrasound?? She did not get me a potty shot picture unfortunately so I have nothing to even compare! 🙄 It was one of those “laptop” looking ultrasound machines on a cart with a pretty small screen so she said she might not be able to determine gender. Baby’s legs were crossed, “criss cross apple sauce” style, and the umbilical cord was between legs also. She said she couldn’t clearly see boy parts so she was leaning towards girl but told me it was honestly still 50/50, but I swear I saw a little nubbin. I understand parts for both genders can be similar in size/swollen.

My question is, have any BOY moms had a 16 week U/S of “poor” quality where gender wasn’t able to be determined?? Or is it more likely that if it was in fact a boy, it would be obvious? Have any moms even been told they were having a girl at first and then found out it was actually a boy?? I will be happy either way, but the suspense is killing me! Lmao pics in comments!
