11 nearly 12 month old refusing milk more and more

Its driving me mad making me feel bad stressing me out i dont know if to scream or cry!!

She was already down to two possibly 3 feeds a day

1 in morning

1 before nap (sometimes or i dream feed her to get milk in her)

1 feed before bed

She then will wake a minimum of once a night but it can be 3-4 times.

The last two mornings she doesnt want boob she last woke up at 6 so I dont know if thats why but I keep offering holding out so I dont give her food as everyone keeps banging on to me how milks more important so I just feel like I'm failing her ;(

For her breakfast she has a big bowl of whole milk porridge which she scoffs down and then cheese at lunch and probably a yoghurt for pudding
