Pocketing food all of a sudden

Has anyone had experience with their baby not wanting to swallow food?

My son is 13 months and it’s been a rough couple weeks. First he had a cold, then he totally lost his appetite and was sleeping more then normal, he gained a little bit of his appetite back but now whatever he does it, he stores in his cheeks and eventually swallows.

I should note last week he threw up 3 times randomly when he ate more than his new “normal”

If anyone has insight that would be great..
