Benadryl while TTC?

Question

Does anyone know if Benadryl is harmful when TTC? I’ve had such a hard time sleeping at night recently and I thought about taking some Benadryl to help me sleep tonight, but I don’t want to interfere with anything since were TTC. It maybe a dumb question but I don’t want to chance anything!

It’s fine to take and it’s also okay to take while pregnant just don’t take it every night.

Unisom/doxylamine is better during pregnancy and can help with morning sickness. Good luck!

It’s fine BUT it does dry you up and dehydrate so it could affect the amount of fertile CM you have. Be sure to drink a lot of water the next day
