Is this real?

Hi I’m kinda lost or in disbelief so need some one else to tell me. Im 6 days late so I took a test today. Is this a positive? I’ve honestly tried with my kids dad ten years ago and even took clomid and nothing but thank good because I ended up leaving him shut 16 years. I was then with another guy for two years no birth control and nothing fast forward two years later and I’ve been with some one for 8 months and this happened today. Idk what to say I’m in shock idk is this really happening?
