I need some help ASAP

So last year in may 2019 I got diagnosed with PCOS I have only just come across this with myself I got the HPV vaccine when I was 12/13 when I was in secondary I had all 3 injection within that year the injection is to prevent cervical cancer would you think that the vaccine I had would effect the way my body works with my hormones it was not until that year where everything started with my weight gain and I was in year 8 when I came on my period too I haven’t got a clue why it’s come to mind now and would like a bit of advice many thanks holz 😊
