Running during early pregnancy
Before I found out I was pregnant I was running 1.7-2.7 miles 5-6x a week.
A few days before I found out I was pregnant I had pain while running mostly in my pelvis. That pain has subsided a bit while exercising but today I got really bad side stitch pain (stabbing in my right side) and had to walk for a while.
Did anyone else expedience this? Of course it made me worry. I want to continue exercising but definitely don’t want to hurt our little bean.
