I need help

I don’t know what to do I keep getting really bad cramps before my period so I thought I started but there’s nothing there and this never happened a week ago I’lv been feeling nauseous and stuff and I got sick I keep peeing at night even now I keep feeling nauseous and stuff getting headaches and my breast are really really sore my gums my whole body just hurts someone help me please
