I remember being like maybe 6-7 and I would lay on my stomach and with my hands make a fist and push down on my private area until i “released.” It didn’t take long at all and I did this over clothes and obviously had no idea what I was doing. Looking back I just cringe and had 0 idea of how I learned how to do that. I used to call it “colita exercise” and would tell my parents when I’ve just done the colita exercise. They probably had no idea how to handle it ugh so embarrassing. Cola” in Spanish means “tail” which to me meant “butt.”
