Can breakthrough bleeding( NOT WITHDRAWL) be a sign of pregnancy?

Question

Can you unknowingly be pregnant on the pill and still experience breakthrough bleeding after accidentally missing some ? Or will you not bleed at all if you were to be pregnant? 
Withdrawal and breakthrough bleeding are different. 
Im not talking about the placebo pills, I’m talking about missing 2 pills in a row, straight in the middle of your cycle and then spotting because of it. 
Also, does breakthrough bleeding because you missed pills mean that it isn’t working or that it is working?

You can have breakthrough bleeding while missing the pills and still end up pregnant (you couldn’t physically be pregnant right away, it takes a couple weeks for a test to be positive). Best way to know is take a pregnancy test because trying to go by breakthrough and withdrawal bleeding won’t be the most accurate

You can spot when you’re pregnant it’s called implantation it last 2 days or so usually but it’s only 26% common (or around that) if you’re on birth control it’s most likely that however if you’ve been taking them wrong or missing them you should test because there is always a chance ?
