Sub for meat products

Look for alternatives to meat products. We eat meat every night with dinner but as of this last week being 13 weeks I can’t eat it. I just look at it or even think about it and it’s a hard no. I’m hoping it will pass as I didn’t have this with my girls. Just looking to find ways to still get the nutrients needed just in different food forms. I will not eat tofu though. Not a preference of mine.
