Drop in supply?
Anyone experience a drop in milk supply once starting birth control? I have now been on the mini pill for a week and my supply has taken a hit. Any suggestions on how to build it back up? I just pumped on one side for 15 minutes and only got a little under two ounces. Before birth control, I could get 2oz in 5 minutes. It makes me so sad!!!
