Belly shrinking/ feeling smaller?

Should I be worried? My bump honestly feels smaller than last week. I tried to measure and it seems about the same, but I feel like I am much much smaller and look much smaller. I haven’t leaked or bled. I have felt a lot of movement and cramps but my doctor said not to worry about the cramping unless I think it’s contractions and it has not felt that way. Is this normal?
