Help me!

I'm so confused. See picture below. I've never once gotten any sort of line in the 4 months we've been trying. I randomly decided to take a test this morning because my LH is high and has been for a few days continuously for unknown reasons.

This is cycle day 9. I had a full fledged period last week for 3 days. This makes 0 sense. Why would I have a positive test? I took a test the day before my period last week and it was negative. I'm so confused 🥺

I highly doubt I'm pregnant because the timing and the period doesn't make sense. I have no idea what to think or do lol why is this so complicated! Help?!
