Follicule question

Is 20mm follicule good? I went in yesterday and got told that I only had 1 and it's nearly 20. But google can play mean tricks on your mind. It said 20mm follicules are less likely to get fertilized. I'm on cd 15 awaiting ovulation if it even happens. I haven't ovulated in over 3 years so I don't remember how this goes. My lh strips are still negative and I'm losing my hope of not ovulating since I didn't do the trigger shot
