Covid positive

So I have a question I recently tested positive for covid got it from a co worker that I am close with.. but I called obgyn office and asked if there was anything I needed to do to protect baby they said no but did tell me they wouldn’t be able to see me anymore in office until I test negative for covid from my understanding it takes a couple months to test negative that means most likely I’ll be having baby boy before I’m able to see my obgyn again in office has this happened to anyone else?
