2 under 2 tips?

newly single mom, i'm 22..my daughter is 10 months and i'm 16 weeks pregnant...long story short i was engaged to their dad and found out he was cheating so i left him, and now i'm alone 98% of the time, only comes over once a week if i'm lucky and mosr of the time hes on his phone. just looking to see if anyone has 2 under 2 and that have any tips that would be helpful! i didn't have concerns while we were together, this was a planned pregnancy  but now that i'm basically doing it alone i'm feeling very stressed and overwhelmed 
i'll take any advice or tips anyone has to offer :) thank you so much in advance

Firstly so sorry to hear that your partner was being unfaithful and had put you in such a hard situation. 
I had 2 under 2. Soon to be 3 kids 3 and under as I’m pregnant again. 
Some advice I can give
- Prepare stuff for tomorrow, today. If you can cook your dinner at the same time as your lunch, it will really help you when you’re tired at the end of your pregnancy and you can eat when you’re hungry rather than having to cook through the hunger. 
- make some small snacks like chopped fruit, crackers etc and put them in little boxes so if your older child is being an ass you can give them something healthy to eat while you’re feeding the new baby. If it’s already made it makes life so much easier. 
- if you don’t already have one, start getting your first child into a routine so it’s already established when your next baby is born. Naps and night time sleep is so important for you to not go crazy and be able to nap with them.
- make a schedule with the kids’ dad where he has at least one of them by himself for an hour. He can take the older one to the park or for a drive in the car. If he’s going to sit on his phone then he shouldn’t be allowed in the house. 
- start planning the clothes and shoes you’re going to need in the future and build them into birthday and Christmas wish lists so family can help you buy things. It starts to get really expensive otherwise
- set up the children’s’ dad so that he is paying you money to look after the children. Give him time to come to an arrangement and when he can’t get his act together file for child support, but first check if it will give him custody rights. Might be easier to just tell him to stay out of their lives so you know they’re safe with you rather than him getting 50/50 and then not looking after them. 
- if your older child is ready, start getting them into a single or toddler bed so that you can use their crib for the new baby. 
- if your older child is ready towards the end of your pregnancy, potty train them so they’re out of diapers by the time baby is born. I found “oh crap potty training” is a great book that really helps with potty training.
- arrange for the birth and who will look after your older child way in advance so it’s not a big deal when you go into labour. Make some food and freeze it so that it’s ready when you’re in the hospital for your older child to eat. 
- have some special toys saved for times when your older child is being particularly hard work. Get them out at those times and you will diffuse any bad tantrums with distraction.
