Calling CPS on best friend
My best friend and her boyfriend smoke cigarettes and weed in the car with her 2 year old (windows rolled up) she is always yanking him around and yelling at him.. emotional abuse definitely happens also.. she drives without a license and no insurance with him in the car and drives so carelessly
