Combo pill & Pregnancy

I had protected sex on the 21st and i’m also on the pill. Since i wasn’t going to be home until later that day i took my pill at 10am instead of 6pm. That never really happens but since planned parenthood said if i take one a day i’m protected either way. That was not until i started feeling like I was ovulating on the 24th of Nov. no discharge that indicated it but my nipples were sore and i got a little twinge on my left lower abdominal area. Should I be okay? or should i worry about pregnancy?
