Has anyone had the task of trying to move on after your spouse has cheated?

I just found out my husband cheated and it was a shit show.. I mean I thought I’ve seen it all but this level of messy has me shocked. We’ve only been married a year; my thought was this type of stuff happens further down the line if at all. I keep telling myself a lot of marriages survive infidelity but.... 😒 I’m having a hard time.

Marriage can only survive if one they are truly sorry and make every effort to change learn and grow and two you to heal and grow. If they aren’t 1000 percent apologetic willing to do whatever you need to heal and place no blame on you for the cheating there is no chance.it’s not worth your time to stay.

Marriages shouldnt survive infidelity. The fact that they do is the issue.
If they've been unfaithful they dont love you. They are comfortable with you. They dont want to lose their setup. They dont want to start over, but they dont love you.
You cannot love another human being and then commit this ultimate betrayal. Breaking your vows, sharing yourself with another, putting your partners body at risk by exposing them to STDs, putting your family's sovereignty at risk by possibly creating a child out of wedlock, placing an emotional burden on a person that bathes them in self doubt and turmoil. All this for an orgasm?
They dont love you and if you have even an ember of self worth still smoldering within, you will walk away and allow yourself the life you deserve with someone who will place as much importance in you as you do them.

They do change. They change for a new bitchhh I’ll say it bluntly.people are always trying to save there relationship because they don’t want for it to fail but they don’t see it the right way honey ur partner already fail. Most girls tend to feel like they fail on there marriage when there spouse cheats. They forget self love and self care. Once  they cheat on you is never going to be the same you won’t see them the same your going to try ur best to not think about it but you would always get those thoughts but they Would come to ur head when u least expect it. Your going to try your best to forget it but deep down you won’t never forget what they did to you. Men like him don’t worth shit they don’t deserve women like you who gives there all. & for what for it just to be thrown away like nothing. Clearly your feelings didn’t Matter to him his love for you wasn’t enough for him that he felt the need to seek for someone else. Trust me he didn’t think about you while having Intercourse with the other girl. So please don’t give him another chance many girls would think I’m rude or too mean but I’m being honest as a female I know what is like to give ur all for someone who throws it away like nothing I know that u might feel like u threw a whole year of ur life to a piece of shit. I have been cheated on in both marriages, I left them both. Typically people don't change BUT they can. If you want to work it out,set ground rules that it is NOT okay to cheat and you will go the next time. Make them earn your trust as well,but you have to take the part in having to let the hurt go. But if you think he won't,just go honey. Their are so many potential people that could be the right one for you and not ever cheat on you. I am currently with someone who cheated on me a year ago. We broke up for about 6 months and realized after continuing to do our own thing,how much we loved and missed each other and now he has been faithful to me and I still have my trust issues but we are working on it. Yep I was cheated on with my first love when we  were engaged 
My ex had problems with drugs and he cheated on me with this girl Jenny that sleeps around with Everyone in town 
I broke up with him I couldn’t be with someone that does drugs

I know the feeling my ex husband cheated on me two months after we got married. It was hard but he cheated on me with someone who was very young age and got himself into trouble with it. Luckily we didn’t have kids together. But it was hard and scary leaving him cause I felt like failed in my marriage even though he was the one who did the cheating. But now I’m happy and I’m with someone who treats me right and we have a 7 month old together and then three other boys that my boyfriend has with his ex wife.

And a lot of marriages don’t. I wouldn’t personally stick around to see if they were capable of being a better person. They already had their chance to not cheat and blew it 🤷🏼‍♀️
