What can i do to produce more milk?

I need to produce more milk and i don't know what to take. Can you lady help me? I want to make sure i the right one.

Stay hydrated. at least 8 glasses of water a day, oatmeal/ oat milk, mother’s milk tea, body armor, gaterade, lactation a cookies/brownies , papaya, whole grain food, flax seeds

Look up power pumping. It’s supposed to help stimulate production. And drink tons and tons of water. I drank Mothers Milk tea and that helped me but I heard for some people it dries them up.

Have you baby feed at your breat as much as possible and also try to keep a schedule of when your baby feeds. If he misses anyone of them I would pump . Just so your body keeps up with feeding . I was married to the pump when I returned to work . With breast feeding and pumping I had a good supply and a frozen stash. Just don't over do pumping as you can get an over supply and it increases your chances of mastitis and clogged ducts. Not to mention i hear it hurts like hell. I would also check out the breastfeeding aisle at target they have a good variety of breast feeding supplements for milk production. I liked the oatmeal cookies. And like others said drink lots liquids.

Thank you so much im trying so hard i work a 8 hr shift try to pump doing work time. Plus pump when he feeding. Its to the pump where get overwhelmed
