is it normal for sex to induce your period

after i got with this one guy my period came a week early, not to mention it was rly rough tho. it’s been months since that’s happened, like it hasn’t happened again with any other guys i’ve fucked . but the other day me & my boyfriend did for the first time & i just got my period a week early again . & both of us hate going slow 😂😂 does having super rough sex induce your period or something bc i felt like shit for a few days after too & i just wanna know what’s going on
