Working in maintenance

So. I have been researching and researching and apparently this doesn’t happen often. I am officially doctor confirmed 7 weeks pregnant.

I also work full time in a maintenance department and no one can answer any questions about restrictions. And it’s concerning me, especially because I have to be in a battery room that will give off sulfuric acid fumes. My doctor gave me a useless note and not even my boss or hr could give me an answer.

If anyone here has any of this experience and could tell me what to expect at work and restrictions or anything really I would greatly appreciate it
