Kind of fell off the wagon
Hey ladies! So when I first found out I was pregnant I went to the store and bought some healthier options to eat. I was roughly 4 or five weeks then.
I’ll be 11 weeks tomorrow.
To be honest I kind of fell off the wagon & started feeding more into my cravings... Like bbq, sweets, McDonald’s, & Chick-fil-A.
I would like to get back on track and I was just wanting to know some more options food wise that will be best for my little growing baby and myself? Before I would eat salmon, veggies, fruit, & hummus.
