Cramps on your legs??

So 2 nights ago I had the most HORRIBLE cramp ever on my leg and it probably lasted more than a minute because i couldnt move my leg, the thing is that i can still feel the cramp when im walking, any tips on how to deal with it?

As soon as you get the feeling of the cramp coming on, stretch it immediately! If you don’t stretch it right away then your muscle will be sore for a couple days

Water plus electrolytes, something like gatorade helps my cramping a ton. 
I also get restless leg syndrome really bad at night and it can sometimes feel like cramping and my doctor suggested I start magnesium. I just got the magnesium gummies in the mail today so I can't say if they will help me or not, but I know magnesium has helped a lot of ladies in our situation!

It sounds like a Charlie horse. You should walk on it as soon as you feel it coming on. After the fact, a warm epsom salt bath may help calm things down. You definitely need to make sure that you are drinking enough water. If you’re also experiencing things like headaches or constipation, you may need a magnesium supplement.
