Fertility testing please help

So I’ve been going through testing to see what’s going on. Been TTC for 6m and at 35

Blood work cake back normal and I had ultrasounds done but ultrasound was not definite and they couldn’t tell if I ovulated or not.

opk and blood work though all line up as if I did. Temp rise and positive opk tests. The dr did say sometimes the ultrasounds are not 100% and my egg reserve is normal.

Doing the progesterone test to look for ovulation next but stressing. Could I really not be ovulating if all the other things are positive?
