23 weeks bad left side hip pain, pelvic area
Spoke to my doctor can barely sleep hard to walk left side hip feels like it’s going to give out and so much pelvic pain and pressure. He suggested pelvic band and physical therapy, anybody have any suggestions that have helped them. I also gave on and off sharp tailbone pain.
