Lexapro while pregnant

Warning this is probably going to be a long post. In may of 2019 I was diagnosed with both GAD (general anxiety disorder) and major depression disorder. I have been on 20 mg of lexapro since then. When I found out I was pregnant I talked to both my primary doctor and my ob. They said taking this dosage of lexapro while pregnant would most likely be ok and the baby wouldn’t get hurt. They said it’s better to take this medication than to be stressed out with anxiety and or super depressed. So I kept taking the pills. It was going well until this morning when I puked up a whole pill. Mind you i had just taken the pill right before I puked and most of the vomit was milk and food (sorry if tmi). I’m not sure if puking up that pill was my bodies way of telling me to not take anymore of them while pregnant or if it just happened because I took the pill so soon before actually puking. I’m going to tell my ob about this the next time I see her but what should I do in the meantime? What do you think?
