What is this?

I found this on my 2 month old son and was wondering if any of you know what it is? And if there’s anything i can do to make it go away. He’s had it for almost a week now and he’s got some on his arm too but he doesn’t seem to be in any kind of pain or uncomfortableness.

Eczema 🙂 my daughter gets it pretty bad all over. Give baby a warm bath, gently wash with an oatmeal bath soap, like aveeno, pat dry with towel after bath, and lather up baby with the AQUAPHOR **OINTMENT** none of the lotions. That’s what has worked for my daughter for two years now since she’s been born. None of the “eczema therapy” creams ever worked on her, only made it worse.

Ezcema, my son has a patch in same exact place. I use eucerin baby ezcema relief and it cleared up pretty fast

Looks like a little bit of eczema. My daughter would get little patches like that when she was an infant. Try some baby lotion a couple times a day to see if that helps. Aveeno makes a great night time balm for eczema that comes in a jar. That worked well for us!
