No period and negative test

Recently switched from a hormonal IUD to the pill but stopped taking it. My fiancé and I aren’t necessarily trying for a baby but we’re not preventing either. I’ve been having nausea on and off but I’m not sure if that’s stress or something else. I took two early detection test prior to missing my period but bother were negative. I’m now two days late. Help?!? 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
