I took plan b in the end of October

I did read the pamphlet and googled I just have anxiety and need reassurance. I took plan b on octpber 27th, and got a full period starting november 3rd (2 weeks earlier than expected date) now it’s day 31 of my cycle and I have not started a period yet. I know early and late periods are normal because of the pill, however since I did have a normal period after plan b is it safe to say I’m not pregnant and this period is delayed? Or should I test?
