Clomid late ovulation .?

Could clomid make you ovulate late .?? I’m currently on CD 36 I thought I ovulated on cd 19 based on cramping . But I’m currently 4 days late. No signs of af with BFN.. on cd32-33 I had very positive opk and bad one side hip cramping which felt like My usual ovulation cramping. Could I just be know starting my 2 week wait ? I made sure to bd just in case . But I didn’t know since I’m so late in my cycle is ovulation this late is actually possible or did clomid clearly not work for me ?
