Trying?

Hi, I’m a 21 year old female trying to get pregnant with my 32 year old husband. We have a 10 year old daughter. (she’s my step daughter.) However, I’ve only been pregnant once and miscarried when I was younger. I had a copper IUD implanted when I was 15 years of age and had it removed via emergency surgery when I was 18. Ever since then, I haven’t been the same. There were times when I should’ve been pregnant, and I haven’t had anything to show for it. We’ve been trying for little less than a month now... had insemination via sex four times around the dates of the 20th and after. I just got my period (December 3rd, today) and I’m wondering if I’ll have a positive pregnancy test at any point. I’m so hopeless and I feel like I’m afraid to make a trip to the OB to see if I’m infertile, but maybe it’ll open my eyes if it’s true and I can see my options.
