Pregnancy symptoms

For those of you who aren't having alot of symptoms and are freaking out because of it I understand I've had 5 miscarriages and everytime a symptom eased up or disappeared I thought well I've had another miscarriage. Its hard but let me just tell you this pregnancy is different and the morning sickness started 3 days ago and for those of you not have morning sickness count your blessings i gag on air i stand over the sink in the kitchen gaging to death trying to make breakfast its horrible. Anyone else with horrible morning sickness any tips on how to help or avoid?
