Small toddler

Do any of you have a small toddler? If so, how do you deal with the comments from others “oh she/he is so small? How much does your child weigh? Do you try to increase their weight?

I have a small toddler, but I am small myself. I have two daughters and my 11 year old is almost towering me. I never pictured my 17mth to be so little. Personally I love it. Doctor says she’s healthy and I don’t push her to eat. She’s active, talking, walking. She’s just small!
