3 days until next period.... HELP

Hey guys, long story short I was diagnosed with pcos when I was 16 I am now 25. I get regular cycles for the most point, well once a month usually around the same time. Well anyone who knows/ suffers from pcos know ovulation strips aren’t as accurate but I like them and they work for me...

Fast forward me & hubby have been trying for about 6 months.. this month I really tried to track my cycles and ovulation prediction.. 3 days until I’m due for a next cycle but I’ve been having some cramps and pain in lower stomach and I’ve been so tired.
