So I get my urine culture back and this is what it says. Ive had a bad UTI the past 5 days and just yesterday started seeing blood in my urine so I called and told them the antibiotic isn’t working that they gave me (keflex) and this got sent this afternoon and I have no idea what this kind of UTI means or is?! Please help!

*Doctor switched me to Cipro so hopefully it starts working soon. 🤞🏼
