I woke up feeling like trash , super light headed can’t even move my head because it feels so heavy , my partner started a bath for me but my head hurts I can even look at my phone , I can’t take ginger what else helps? 6w 6d

My doctor told me 25 mg of vitamin b6 3x per day (morning, 2pm and bedtime) it has helped me sooooooooooo much

Peppermint! I’ve always found that peppermint tea helped a lot, or if you need something solider then peppermint chocolate can help line the stomach so you don’t feel hungry leading to more nausea

Extra water, or something to keep you hydrated, I've been doing sparkling water, lots of little snacks throughout the day, dry carbs (pretzels, toast, crackers), tylenol for your head if it's a migraine especially. My headaches were causing nausea, or nausea causing headaches maybe. But treating them both is keeping them both minimal today. Yesterday I made my family live in a cave because I couldn't stand the light
