Advice needed...30w on Wednesday

I have extra growth scans due to my first being "small".... so I went at 28w for a.scan and they said all of babys scans are perfect but when they are put on the graph they look as though they may drop....she also noted that my baby is back-to-back.... my question is will baby move? Or will I be giving birth to a baby who's back-to-back if so is it harder? Does it hurt more? Do you have any help and advice for pain relief etc?
