OPK what is high and peak?
So I bought OPK bc I heard it’s a good way to help you track ovulation. But I am very confused bc the lines have been light, then out of no where it’s so DARK and now it’s back to being light again. So where’s my high? Or is this my high and I’ll get my peak later? Gosh I’m so confused someone please explain this to me.
