I am so paranoid

I have not had sex this month and I had a full period after the last time I had sex , however I took antibiotics while being on my second pack of new birth control pills this month so my body may not be fully adjusted. I’ve been having what seems like breakthrough bleeding I’ll randomly have old looking brownish yellowish blood mixed in my discharge which is how it looks right before my period, my boobs have been sore for like 2 weeks and my period is due in 3 days. does it sound like my period is coming?
