Stdddd???

I had sex Wednesday... now i noticed a foul discharge i had bv before and it doesn’t smell fishy but it smells foul. I went to the doctor peed in the cup and said i can’t get results til next week but last time i had bv i peed in the cup and i got my results instant does that mean it’s sumthing more serious? I’m kinda spotting and I’m having abdominal cramps. Any nurses on here i just want results today .
