Bleeding...

I’m 2 days away from my first 8 week scan. While working I felt like something wanted to come out and boom it was blood. I went to the bathroom and I peed out some blood and a small clot but on my panty liner it was blood. I felt nothing before hand, no cramps or anything and I’m having all of the pregnancy symptoms. Now there’s some pinkish color blood and I feel like tender/slight cramps down there. Anyone hand this before and had good news still? Worried I am going to have my second miscarriage now 😭
