Pcos or endometriosis

Are there any women on here that deal with one of those from past posts slot of people said u might have it again I don’t have insurance and I’m not old able to go anywhere else because it’s so cold out and just a lot going on with my life right. Can y’all tell me systems y’all have and what y’all did too get pregnant if you got pregnant or anything you want too say too help.
