Skin care routine / postpartum fitness
Hey guys!
I'm 12 weeks postpartum and I'm really feeling down about my body. I feel shitty, I look shitty. I'm having a hard time getting motivation to do any type of exercise or work out. What do you mommas use or do to get back into shape after the babies are here?
Secondly, what does everyone use for their skincare routine? I don't have a great routine and I'm starting to see lines on my face... I'm already pretty damn grey and I'm only 24, I don't want my face to look old too :(
